Claims (6)
- 기초대의 수평전후 방향의 일측 개소에 적어도 전후 방향으로 이동 가능하게 이루어진 주축을 설치한 공작 기계에 있어서, 상기 기초대의 상기 일측 개소와 대향하는 타측 개소에 세로방향 회전 지지축을 설치함과 아울러, 상기 세로방향 회전 지지축의 상부에 평면에서 볼때 사각형, 측면에서 볼때 직각 삼각형의 가로방향대를 고정하고, 상기 가로방향대 상의 길이방향에 있어서의 양단측의 경사면부에 대하여, 상기 경사면부의 거의 전면을 사용하여, 봉상체 워크를 이송 회전시키는 것으로 한 워크 파지 회전 이송 기구부의 기립 지지대를 설치하고, 또한 상기 워크 파지 회전 이송 기구부의 워크 지지축선과, 상기 세로방향 회전 지지축의 축선은, 수평방향으로 가로방향대의 경사면이 낮은 쪽으로 필요거리 만큼 이간시킨 것으로 하고, 봉상체 워크를 상기 워크 파지 회전 이송 기구부에 탈착할 때와, 주축의 전후 이동으로 가공할 때에, 상기 세로방향 회전 지지축을 회전시켜서 가로방향대 위치를 변화시키도록 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계에 있어서의 봉상체 워크 가공 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세로방향 회전 지지축의 축선과, 동 워크 파지 회전 이송 기구부의 축선은, 가로방향대가 주축과 대향했을 때, 후자가 주축측을 향해서 이간하도록 위치시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계에 있어서의 봉상체 워크 가공 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 공작 기계에 있어서의 봉상체 워크 가공 방법을 실시하기 위한 가공용 지그로서, 가로방향대의 경사면을 수평면에 대하여 15°이상으로 경사시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 가공용 지그.
- 기초대의 수평전후 방향의 일측 개소에 적어도 전후 방향으로 이동 가능하게 된 주축을 설치한 공작 기계에 있어서, 상기 기초대의 상기 일측 개소와 대향하는 타측 개소에 세로방향 회전 지지축을 설치함과 아울러, 상기 세로방향 회전 지지축의 상부에 평면에서 볼때 사각형, 측면에서 볼때 직각 삼각형의 가로방향대를 고정하고, 상기 가로방향대 상의 길이방향에 있어서의 양단측의 경사면부에 대하여, 상기 경사면부의 거의 전면을 사용하여, 봉상체 워크를 이송 회전시키는 것으로 한 워크 파지 회전 이송 기구부의 기립 지지대를 설치하고, 또한 상기 워크 파지 회전 이송 기구부의 워크 지지축선과, 상기 세로방향 회전 지지축의 축선은, 수평방향으로 가로방향대의 경사면부 상의 수평방향으로 전자가 후자보다 경사면부의 하강측에 위치하도록 이간시킨 것으로 하고, 봉상체 워크를 상기 워크 파지 회전 이송 기구부에 탈착할 때와, 주축의 전후 이동으로 가공할 때에, 상기 세로방향 회전 지지축을 회전시켜서 가로방향대 위치를 변화시키는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 봉상체 워크 가공용 지지장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 가로방향대의 경사면을 수평면에 대하여 15°이상으로 경사시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 봉상체 워크 가공용 지지장치.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 가로방향대가 수평한 저면부와, 상기 저면부의 일단으로부터 기립된 기립 면부와, 상기 기립면부의 상단으로부터 저면부의 타단측을 접속하는 경사면부에 둘러싸여진 공간이 형성되는 것으로 하고, 상기 공간 내에 워크 파지 회전 이송 기구부용의 케이블이나 파이프 등의 필요부재를 배치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 봉상체 워크 가공용 지지장치.
