Claims (6)
- 냉각 챔버의 표면에 노즐의 선단으로부터 강 스트립면까지의 거리를 50 내지 100mm로 유지하는 복수의 노즐을 돌출시키고, 이들 노즐로부터 냉매를 분출시켜 지나가는 강 스트립을 냉각하는 강 스트립의 냉각 장치에 있어서,d가 노즐 팁(강 스트립 측)의 내경이고 D가 노즐 하부(냉각 챔버 측)의 내경일 때, 돌출되는 노즐의 D/d를 1.5 ≤ D/d ≤ 3.0으로 하여, 노즐의 압력 손실 저항을 낮춘 노즐을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 강 스트립 냉각 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 노즐의 총 길이는 200mm 이상이며, 상기 노즐의 팁과 강 스트립 표면 사이의 간격은 30 내지 100mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 강 스트립 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 노즐은 상기 노즐의 하부를 냉각 챔버에 구비된 설치 구멍에 관 확장 접합기에 의해 고정시킴으로써 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강 스트립 냉각 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 냉각 챔버에 구비된 상기 설치 구멍의 직경은, [노즐 총 길이(L) - 10mm (노즐 하부로부터 노즐 팁의 방향으로 10mm 떨어짐)] ± 3mm의 범위에 위치된 지점에서의 상기 노즐의 외경과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 강 스트립 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 노즐은 상기 노즐의 하부가 상기 냉각 챔버의 내면으로부터 돌출되지 않도록 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강 스트립 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉각 장치의 냉매는 수소(H2)를 포함하고, 그 잔부는 질소(N2) 또는 여타 불활성 가스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강 스트립용 냉각 장치.
