Claims (6)
- Ni:0.3∼5.0 질량%, C:0.5∼1.2 질량%, B 및 P 중 적어도 하나:0.02∼0.3 질량%를 함유하는 철계(鐵系) 소결(燒結) 합금으로 이루어지고, 외주면 경도가 HRC 50 내지 60이며, 또한 밀도가 7.5g/cm3 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 캠로브재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 철계 소결 합금은 Mo:2.5 질량% 이하를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠로브재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캠로브재는 롤러 폴로워를 상대재(相對材)로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠로브재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 캠로브재로 이루어지는 캠로브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 상기 철계 소결 합금의 조성이 되도록 조제된 철계 합금 분말을 면압 5 내지 7 ton/㎠에서 소정의 캠로브 형상으로 압축 성형하는 압축 성형 공정과,상기 압축 성형된 성형체를 650 내지 850℃의 온도에서 소결하는 소결 공정을 차례대로 1회 이상 행하고,최후에 상기 소결된 소결체를 면압 7 내지 12 ton/㎠에서 소정의 캠로브 형상으로 압축 성형하는 압축 성형 공정 및 상기 압축 성형된 성형체를 1100 내지 1200℃의 온도에서 소결하는 소결 공정을 행하고상기 소결된 소결체를 800 내지 950 ℃의 온도에서 유지한 후 30 내지 100 ℃로 급냉하는 담금질 처리를 행하고,상기 소결체를 120 내지 200 ℃의 온도에서 유지한 후 2 내지 10℃/분의 속도로 10 내지 40℃ 까지 냉각하는 템퍼링 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠로브재의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 캠로브재의 외주면에 그리드를 5㎏/㎠ 정도의 압력으로 부딪히게 하는 것에 의해 숏블라스트(shot blast)를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠로브재의 제조 방법.
