Claims (7)
- 황토 20 ~ 32 중량%, 모래 20 ~ 30 중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트를 주성분으로 하는 클링커 분말과 규불화염을 포함하는 중성혼화재 15 ~ 25 중량%, 섬유보강재 5 ~ 10 중량% 및, 천연 무수석고 1 ~ 5 중량%을 포함하는 몰탈과; 둘 이상의 격자형 직포가; 교대로 조적된 다층구조를 이루고, 외면은 발색을 위한 옥ㆍ게르마늄ㆍ맥반석ㆍ참숯 중 선택된 하나 이상이 분말가루 형태로 도포되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기능층은 은이온이 5 ~ 10 중량%로 함량된 지르코늄 포스페이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보드.
- 중공을 갖는 직육면체 형상으로, 전면 또는 후면 중 한 곳 이상이 절개되어 상기 중공을 개구하고, 상면은 상기 중공과 연통하는 인입홈이 형성된 프레임;상기 개구부의 내측에 배치되어서 상기 프레임과 가장자리가 맞물려 고정되고; 황토 20 ~ 32 중량%, 모래 20 ~ 30 중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트를 주성분으로 하는 클링커 분말과 규불화염을 포함하는 중성혼화재 15 ~ 25 중량%, 섬유보강재 5 ~ 10 중량% 및,천연 무수석고 1 ~ 5 중량%을 포함하는 몰탈과; 둘 이상의 격자형 직포가; 교대로 조적된 다층구조를 이루고, 외면은 발색을 위한 옥ㆍ게르마늄ㆍ맥반석ㆍ참숯 중 선택된 하나 이상이 분말가루 형태로 도포되어 이루어진 황토보드; 및중심이 소정 곡률로 휜 사각형상으로, 휘어져 돌출된 양단이 상기 프레임과 맞물린 상기 황토보드의 가장자리와 맞닿고, 상기 중심에는 가압홈이 형성된 한 쌍의 탄발대를 포함하되, 한 쌍의 상기 탄발대는 상호 대칭되게 맞대어지면서 상기 가압홈이 탄발대의 길이방향을 장축으로 하는 타원형으로 되며, 상기 인입홈을 통해 상기 중공으로 인입되어 배치되고, 상기 가압홈을 관통하도록 회전가능하게 삽입되며 상기 가압홈이 이루는 타원형에 상응하는 타원형으로 되어서 그 회전시 한 쌍의 상기 탄발대가 벌어지도록 하는 가압봉을 구비한 조임기구;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보드를 탑재한 기능성 파티션.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 기능층은 은이온이 5 ~ 10 중량%로 함량된 지르코늄 포스페이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보드를 탑재한 기능성 파티션.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 황토보드의 가장자리에는 상기 프레임 및 탄발대와 몰탈이 직접 맞물리지 않도록 마감부로 덮여 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토보드를 탑재한 기능성 파티션.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 가압봉의 하단은 상기 중공 내 프레임에 형성된 다각형상의 걸림홈으로 상하이동 및 회전이 가능하게 끼워지고, 상기 가압봉의 하단 소정위치에는 상기 걸림홈의 형상에 상응하는 다각형상의 고정대가 더 구비되어서, 상기 가압봉의 상하이동에 따라 상기 고정대가 걸림홈으로 인입출되도록 되고;상기 황토보드의 기능층에는 자성물질이 첨가되는 것;을 특징으로 하는 황토보드를 탑재한 기능성 파티션.
