A hinge structure of a glove box(20) for a vehicle comprises the glove box opened and closed to the front side of an instrument panel(10) placed at the front of a riding seat; a fixing member(30) projected to the lower end of the glove box and installed with an inner groove(32) to cover part of a rotating shaft(12) fixed at the instrument panel; a rotating member(40) rotatably mounted at one end of the fixing member and mounted with an outer groove(42) corresponding to the inner groove; and a combining member fixing the rotating member while the rotating member is contacted with the fixing member. The combining member is a screw(60).
