Abstract
본 발명은 유도성 일산화질소 합성효소(inducible nitric oxide synthase: iNOS)의 발현을 억제함으로써 일산화질소(NO)의 생성을 저해하여 청결한 피부의 유지를 가능케 하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 사간추출물을 함유한다. 상기 사간추출물은 사간에 알코올과 물의 혼합용매를 가하여 얻은 추출물이고, 바람직하게는 사간에 알코올과 물의 혼합용매를 가하여 얻은 추출물에 다시 에틸아세테이트, 클로로포름 또는 디클로로메탄과 같은 유기용매 및 물을 가하여 두 개의 상으로 분리시킨 후 유기용매 분획을 감압건조시켜 얻은 분배추출물이다.
