Claims (5)
- 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 시트와 상기 필름 또는 시트의 적어도 한 면에 실리콘 이형액으로 코팅한 실리콘이형층을 포함하는 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름으로서,상기 실리콘 이형액은 헥세닐폴리실록산 또는 비닐폴리실록산 4 ~ 30중량%, 하이드로젠 폴리실록산 0.02 ~ 1중량%, 에폭시화합물 0.1 ~ 0.3중량%, 실란화합물 0.1 ~ 0.3중량%, 킬레이트 백금촉매 0.0005 ~ 0.005중량% 및 잔량의 물과 폴리비닐 알콜로 이루어지며,상기 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름은:5 ~ 1500 ㎛의 두께를 가진 상기 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 시트에 젖은 상태의 이형액을 7.6 ~ 26.4 ㎛의 두께로 도포하는 이형액 코팅 과정과;이형액이 코팅된 후 아직 건조되지 않은 상기 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 시트를, 60 ~ 250 ℃의 온도에서 열경화 및 건조시키면서 2.5 ~ 12 배로 연신시키는 열경화건조연신 과정에 의해 제조되는것을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실란화합물은 테트라메톡시실란, 테트라에톡시실란 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 시트는 인라인 코팅공정을 통해 코로나처리된 것을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘이형액이 건조된 후 형성되는 상기 실리콘이형층의 두께는 0.1 ~ 2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 이형 폴리에스테르 필름.
