- 하드 디스크 드라이브의 플렉슈어용 인터커넥트에 있어서,베어링 어셈블리에 의해 베이스 플레이트에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 액튜에이터 암에 연결된 플렉슈어:전기적으로 도전성인 접착제에 의해 상기 플렉슈어에 부착되는 헤드 슬라이더;상기 헤드 슬라이더에 연결되는 헤드;및상기 헤드, 상기 헤드 슬라이더, 및 상기 플렉슈어에 연결되고, 상기 도전성 접착제의 임피던스를 브레이크다운하기에 충분한 전류를 발생시켜서 상기 접착제를 통해 전류가 흐르게 하는 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터커넥트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 회로는상기 헤드 및 헤드 슬라이더를 통해 흐르는 전류를 발생시켜서 상기 헤드 및 헤드 슬라이더 상의 정전기 전압을 방산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터커넥트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 회로는상기 헤드 및 헤드 슬라이더를 통한 전류 흐름을 제어하는 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터커넥트.
- 하드 디스크 드라이브의 플렉슈어용 인터커넥트에 있어서,베어링 어셈블리에 의해 베이스 플레이트에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 액튜에이터 암에 연결된 플렉슈어:전기적으로 도전성인 접착제에 의해 상기 플렉슈어에 부착되는 헤드 슬라이더;상기 헤드 슬라이더에 연결되는 헤드;및상기 헤드, 상기 헤드 슬라이더, 및 상기 플렉슈어에 연결되고, 상기 도전성 접착제의 임피던스를 브레이크다운하기에 충분한 전류를 발생시켜서 상기 헤드 및 헤드 슬라이더를 통해 전류가 흐르게 하여 상기 헤드 및 헤드 슬라이더 상의 정전기 전압을 방산하는 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터커넥트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 회로는상기 헤드 및 헤드 슬라이더를 통한 전류 흐름을 제어하는 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터커넥트.
- 헤드 슬라이더상의 정전기 전압을 방산하는 방법에 있어서,(a)베어링 어셈블리에 의해 베이스 플레이트에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 액튜에이터 암에 연결된 플렉슈어를 제공하는 과정;(b)도전성 접착제에 의해 상기 플렉슈어에 부착되는 헤드 슬라이더를 제공하는 과정;(c)상기 도전성 접착제의 임피던스를 브레이크다운하기에 충분한 전류를 발생시키는 과정;및(d)상기 헤드 슬라이더에 전류를 가하여 상기 헤드 슬라이더 상의 정전기 전압을 방산하는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 정전기 전압 방산 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전류는상기 헤드 슬라이더에 단속적으로 가해져서 상기 헤드 슬라이더 상의 정전기 전압을 방산함을 특징으로 하는 정전기 전압 방산 방법.
