Claims (8)
- 적어도 2개의 페녹시계 리간드를 포함하는 산화가 4가 이상의 주기율표 IV족, V족 또는 VI족 전이금속 화합물과 산화가 4가의 티타늄 화합물을 혼합한 후, 유기마그네슘 화합물을 사용하여 상기 혼합물을 3가의 전이금속 화합물로 환원시켜 담지시키므로써 얻어지는, 페녹시계 리간드를 포함하는 산화가 3가의 주기율표 IV족, V족 또는 VI족 전이금속 화합물 및 산화가 3가의 티타늄 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 폴리올레핀 제조용 지글러-나타 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 페녹시계 리간드를 포함하는 산화가 4가 이상의 주기율표 IV족, V족 또는 VI족 전이금속 화합물은, M(OAr)nXa-n(여기에서, M은 주기율표 IV족, V족 또는 VI족 전이금속이고, Ar은 C6~C30의 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴기이며, X는 할로겐 원자이고, n은 2≤n≤a를 만족하는 정수 또는 분율이며, a는 M의 산화가로서 4 이상의 정수)의 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 제조용 지글러-나타 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기마그네슘 화합물은 RmMgX2-m의 구조를 가지며, 여기에서 R은 탄소수 1 내지 16의 알킬기이고, X는 할로겐 원자이며, m은 0<m≤2를 만족하는 정수 또는 분율인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 제조용 지글러-나타 촉 매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 페녹시계 리간드가 도입된 산화가 4가 이상의 주기율표 IV족, V족 또는 VI족 전이금속 화합물 및 상기 산화가 4가의 티타늄 화합물과 상기 유기마그네슘 화합물과의 환원반응은, -20℃ 내지 150℃의 온도에서, 0.1≤(적어도 2개의 페녹시계 리간드가 도입된 전이금속 화합물+산화가 4가의 티타늄 화합물)/유기마그네슘 화합물≤0.5의 몰비로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 제조용 지글러-나타 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화가 4가의 티타늄 화합물은 사염화티타늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 제조용 지글러-나타 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 페녹시계 리간드가 도입된 산화가 4가 이상의 주기율표 IV족, V족 또는 VI족 전이금속 화합물과 상기 산화가 4가의 티타늄 화합물의 몰비는 1.5≤(적어도 2개의 페녹시계 리간드가 도입된 전이금속 화합물)/산화가 4가의 티타늄 화합물≤15인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 제조용 지글러-나타 촉매.
- 주촉매로서 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리올레핀 제조용 지글러-나타 촉매 및 조촉매로서 주기율표 II족 또는 III족의 유기금속 화합물을 사용 하는 폴리올레핀 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 주촉매와 조촉매의 사용비는 (조촉매 내의 주기율표 II족 또는 III족 금속)/(주촉매 내의 전이금속)이 몰비로 0.5 내지 500의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 제조방법.
