Description
Claims (1)
- 건설폐자재를 40mm이하의 입도로 파쇄하는 제1단계; 파쇄물을 금속분리기(5)에 의해 철편 및 철근 등을 분리하는 제2단계; 금속이 분리된 파쇄물을 진동스크린 세척기(8)에 의해 세척함과 동시에 입도 5~25mm의 조골재를 분리하는 제3단계와; 조골재가 분리된 입도 5mm이하의 파쇄물과 세척수 및 탈리 유류의 혼합액을 분급기(13)로 유입시켜 입도 0.01~5mm의 세골재를 분리하는 제4단계; 세골재가 분리된 파쇄물과 세척수 및 탈리 유류의 혼합액을 약품반응조(15)로 유입시켜 응집제를 가하는 제5단계; 응집제가 가해진 잔여 파쇄물과 세척수 및 탈리 유류의 혼합액을 침전조(17)로 유입시켜 파쇄물과 세척수 및 탈리 유류를 각각 층상으로 분리하는 제6단계; 침전조(17)의 저부로 배출된 파쇄물을 농축 및 탈수하여 케이크화하고, 침전조(17)의 상부로 넘친 세척수와 탈리 유류의 혼합액을 유수분리조(20)로 유입시킨 후 과산화수소를 주입하여 탈리 유류를 분해하는 제7단계와; 탈리 유류가 분해된 세척수와 탈리 유류의 혼합액을 자외선 처리하여 주입된 과산화수소를 제거한 후 침전물탱크(22)로 유입시켜 탈리 유류와 과산화수소의 반응 잔류물을 걸러내는 제8단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한 유류오염 건설폐자재의 재생공법.
