Claims (2)
- 회전되는 제1회전체(111-2)의 전방에 좌/우측방향으로 회전 가능하게 결합된 제2회전체(111-3)에 장착된 CCD 카메라(111a) 및 보조 조명(111d)과 상기 제1회전체(111-2)의 후방에 개별적인 회전이 가능하도록 결합된 제3회전체(111-4)에 장착된 측정센서(111b) 및 상기 제3회전체(111-4)측 후방의 주몸체(111-1) 측부에 장착되어 관로 내에 메인 조명광원을 발산하는 주조명(111c)으로 구성되는 변형량 측정부(111)와, 상기 변형량 측정부(111)의 이동 및 높낮이 조절이 가능하도록 결합되며 이동거리의 자동측정을 위한 거리측정기(112d) 및 관로의 경사도를 측정하는 경사도센서(112e)를 구비한 이송부(112)로 구성되는 측정부(110) 및;상기 측정부(110)로부터 송출된 자료를 수치 해석하여 텍스트 및 그래픽화 하여주는 수치해석프로그램을 내장하고 각종 측정자료의 실시간 저장기능을 가지며 상기 변형량 측정부(111) 및 이송부(112)를 개별적으로 조정할 수 있는 메인 컨트롤러부(121)와, 상기 메인컨트롤러부(121)를 통해 수치 해석된 텍스트 및 그래픽을 상기 CCD 카메라(111a)의 촬상화면과 동시에 디스플레이하여주는 모니터부(122)로 구성되는 주조정부(120)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성관의 변형량 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 측정센서(111b)는 비접촉 프로브(probe)인 센서헤드를 포함하는 초음파 센서 또는 레이저다이오드나 LED의 레이저광원과 위치검출용 PSD 소자를 수광부로 하는 레이저센서로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연성관의 변형량 측정장치.
