Claims (9)
- 자성분말을 고무베이스에 혼입시켜 형성된 자성복합체가 적층된 구조를 가지며, 유연성을 갖는 적층형 전자파 흡수체로서,유전율과 투자율이 높은 연자성 금속분말로서 샌더스트, Ni-Fe합금, Fe-Si 합금, Fe 및 Fe-Cr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 연자성 금속분말을 포함하고, 전자파의 입사면에 형성된 제1자성복합체층 ; 상기 제1자성복합체층의 이면에 형성되고, 상기 제1자성체층에 비하여 상대적으로 유전율과 투자율이 낮은 카보닐철 또는 페라이트 복합체 성분을 포함하며, 1GHz에서 투자율 2~5이고, 유전율이 7~20인 제2자성체층 ; 을 포함하되,2GHz 이하의 주파수 영역에서 반사손실 -30dB 이하의 피크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 갖는 적층형 전자파 흡수체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무는 PVB(polyvinyl-butyral), 우레탄 고무, 에폭시, 실리콘 고무, 폴리에칠렌, EPDM, 네오프렌(neoprene), 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리스티렌 중의 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 갖는 적층형 전자파 흡수체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전자파 흡수체의 이면에는 알루미늄 호일 테이프, 도전성 메쉬 양면테이프 또는 구리박 테이프를 포함하는 높은 전기전도도를 갖는 이형 테이프가 더 부착되는 유연성을 갖는 적층형 전자파 흡수체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 각 자성복합체의 두께는 0.05mm 내지 10mm 범위 내에서 개별적으로 제어되는 유연성을 갖는 적층형 전자파 흡수체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 자성복합체들은 접착제, 점착제 또는 양면테이프에 의해 상호 결합되는 유연성을 갖는 적층형 전자파 흡수체.
