Claims (9)
- 아크릴레이트 공중합 수지 5 ~ 40중량부, 비닐아세테이트 공중합 수지 40 ~ 80중량부, 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물이 그래프트된 폴리올레핀수지 10 ~ 40중량부 및 비극성 폴리올레핀 수지 10 ~ 40중량부를 포함하는 베이스 수지 100중량부;수산화 마그네슘과 수산화 알루미늄으로 이루어진 금속 수산화물계 무기 난연제 80 ~ 140중량부;인계 난연제 1 ~ 5중량부; 및실리콘계 난연제 1 ~ 5중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이블 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아크릴레이트 공중합 수지는 아크릴레이트의 함량이 5 ~ 28중량%이고, MFR이 0.4 ~ 5g/10min(190℃, 2.16kg 조건)인 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이블 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비닐 아세테이트 공중합 수지는 비닐 아세테이트의 함량이 15 ~ 45중량%이고, MFR이 0.5 ~ 4g/10min(190℃, 2.16kg 조건)인 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이블 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물이 그래프트된 폴리올레핀수지는 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물의 함량이 0.2 내지 0.7중량%이고, MFR이 1 ~ 5g/10min(190℃, 2.16kg 조건)이고, 용융온도가 110 ~ 125℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이블 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비극성 폴리올레핀 수지는 MFR이 1 ~ 4 g/10min(190℃, 2.16kg 조건)인 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이블 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물은 말레산, 메타아크릴산 및 아크릴산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이블 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 수산화물계 무기 난연제는 수산화 마그네슘 20 ~ 80중량부 및 수산화 알루미늄 40 ~ 100중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이 블 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,베이스 수지 100중량부에 대하여 지방산 유도체와 실리콘의 축합반응으로 형성된 윤활제 0.1 ~ 3중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이블 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,베이스 수지 100중량부에 대하여 탄산 마그네슘,마그네슘 칼슘 카보네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나를 10 ~ 30중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저발연성 난연 케이블 피복재료 조성물.
