Claims (15)
- 쉘 및 쉘 내에 개방 내부 영역을 갖는 수용기와,상기 개방 내부 영역 내에 배치되고 교차 평면 내에 배열된 평면부의 쌍들을 포함하는 접촉 장치와,접촉 장치 내의 고체 입자와,접촉 장치를 통해 제1 방향으로 유동하여 접촉 장치 내의 고체 입자의 유동화를 유발하는 가스 스트림을 포함하고,각각의 평면부는 하나 이상의 웨브 및 각 웨브에 인접한 하나 이상의 개방 슬롯을 포함하고, 상기 웨브 및 슬롯은 하나의 평면 부 내의 웨브가 짝 평면부 내의 슬롯과 교차하도록 배열된 가스-고체 유동층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접촉 장치를 통한 상기 유동을 위해 가스 스트림을 개방 내부 영역으로 유도하고 접촉 장치를 통한 상기 유동 후에 수용기로부터 가스 스트림을 제거하도록 수용기와 연통된 가스 스트림 유동 도관을 포함하는 가스-고체 유동층.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접촉 장치로 고체 입자를 유도하고 접촉 장치를 통과한 후 수용기로부터 고체 입자를 제거하기 위해 수용기와 연통된 고체 입자 유동 도관을 포함하는 가스-고체 유동층.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스 유동 도관 및 고체 입자 유동 도관은 상기 고체 입자 및 상기 가스 스트림의 역류 유동을 제공하도록 배열된 가스-고체 유동층.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고체 입자는 촉매 입자를 포함하는 가스-고체 유동층.
- 제5항에 있어서, FCC 촉매 스트리퍼 및 FCC 촉매 재생기를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 가스-고체 유동층.
- 쉘과,쉘 내의 개방 내부 영역 내에 위치되고, 교차 평면 내에 배열된 평면부의 쌍들을 포함하며, 각각의 평면부는 하나 이상의 웨브 및 각 웨브에 인접한 하나 이상의 개방 슬롯을 포함하며, 웨브 및 슬롯은 하나의 평면부 내의 웨브가 짝 평면부 내의 슬롯과 교차하도록 배열되는 접촉 장치를 갖는 수용기 내에 고체 입자를 유동화하는 방법이며,접촉 장치 내의 고체 입자의 양을 제공하는 단계와,접촉 장치를 통과해 가스 스트림을 유동시켜, 접촉 장치 내에 고체 입자의 유동화를 유발하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 접촉 장치를 통해 가스 스트림의 유동 방향에 역류 방향으로 고체 입자를 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가스 스트림이 접촉 장치를 통해 유동하는 동안 접촉 장치로부터 유동화된 고체 입자의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하면서 접촉 장치 내에 추가적인 양의 고체 입자를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가스 스트림이 접촉 장치를 통해 유동하는 동안 접촉 장치 내의 고체 입자의 양을 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고체 입자는 휘발성 탄화수소와 결합된 촉매 입자이며, 접촉 장치를 통해 상기 가스 스트림을 유동시키는 상기 단계 중 휘발성 탄화수소의 일부 또는 전부가 상기 유동화 중에 가스 스트림에 의해 촉매제 입자로부터 제거되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가스 스트림이 수증기를 포함하는 방법.
