Claims (16)
- a) 少なくとも部分的に内部空間を画成するハウジング(205)と、

これらのバッフル(100)は、連続して低い位置にある少なくとも第一および第二の垂直に離間したレベルに配置され、少なくとも第一および第二のレベルのそれぞれは、互いに平行に配向されかつ水平配向から傾斜した少なくとも二つのバッフル(100)から成る列(210;220;230;240)を含み、それによって、粒子が一つのレベルから次の低いレベルに移動する間に、横断的に下方へ流れる粒子の方向を横方向にシフトすること;
バッフル(100)はそれぞれ、バッフルの長さ(L)を画定し互いに平行で反対側にある第一および第二の鋸歯状の縁部(111;112)を有しており、各鋸歯状の縁部(111;112)は、交互のリッジ(111a;112a)とノッチ(111b;112b)とを含むこと;を特徴とする装置。 - バッフル(100)は、平坦状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- バッフル(100)は、一つの列の開口部(115)が、隣接する列の開口部(115)に対して互い違いの配列になるように、少なくとも二つの平行な列(115a;115b;115c;115d)に配置された複数の開口部(115)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 装置は、少なくとも四つのレベルを有しており、粒子の下方への流れの方向は、粒子が一つのレベルから次に続く低いレベルに移動する間に、45°から180°の角度だけ横方向にシフトされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- バッフル(100)は、角度βだけ水平配向から傾斜しており、βは、20°から80°の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ハウジング(205)は、四角形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ハウジング(205)は、円形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 第一の鋸歯状の縁部(111)のリッジ(111a)とノッチ(111b)とは、第二の鋸歯状の縁部(112)のリッジ(112a)とノッチ(112b)に対して互い違いの配列になっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- ノッチ(111b;112b)は、角度αを画定し、αは、60°から120°の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 開口部(115)はそれぞれ、1.27cm(0.5インチ)から15.24cm(6インチ)の範囲の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記角度は、90°であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 第三のレベルにおける下方へ流れる粒子の横方向は、第一のレベルにおける下方へ流れる粒子の横方向とは反対であり、第四のレベルにおける下方へ流れる粒子の横方向は、第二のレベルにおける下方へ流れる粒子の横方向とは反対であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。
- バッフル(100)は、一つの列の開口部(115)が、隣接する列の開口部(115)に対して互い違いの配列になるように、少なくとも二つの平行な列(115a;115b)に配置された複数の開口部(115)を有すること、
開口部(115)はそれぞれ、1.27cm(0.5インチ)から15.24cm(6インチ)の範囲の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 - a) ストリッパーハウジング(205)と、
b) ストリッパーハウジング(205)内へストリッピング気体を導入する手段と、
c) ストリッパーハウジング(205)内に配置された複数の平坦状のバッフル(100)と、
を備える、下方へ流れる消費された触媒粒子から、同伴する炭化水素蒸気を除去するためのストリッパーを含む流体接触分解ユニットであって、
