Description
Claims (13)
- 열가소성 수지 발포층 및 이 발포층의 내외측 모두에 위치되는 열가소성 중합체 층으로 구성되는 원통형 다층 발포 패리슨을 주형 내에 수용하여 압축성형함으로써 형성되는 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체로서,상기 성형체는 그 표면에 다층 발포 패리슨의 외측 중합체 층으로 형성되는 표피와, 상기 표피의 내측에 다층 발포 패리슨의 내측 중합체 층의 적어도 일부를 서로 융합시킴으로써 형성되는 코어 및 다층 발포 패리슨의 발포층으로 형성되는 발포체를 포함하는 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표피의 두께가 100 ㎛ 내지 10 mm 이며, 그리고 상기 코어의 두께는 100 ㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 성형체의 밀도가 20 내지 800 kg/m3 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 내의 융합부의 면적비가 25% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 내의 융합부의 면적비가 60% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 내의 융합부의 면적비가 80 내지 100% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발포체, 표피 및 코어가 폴리올레핀 수지로 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발포체, 표피 및 코어가 5 내지 30 cN 의 용융장력을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 수지로 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표피를 형성하는 열가소성 중합체가 올레핀 엘라스토머, 스티렌 엘라스토머 및 고충격 폴리스티렌 중 선택된 하나 이상의 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 따른 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체로 형성되고, 30 내지 400 kg/m3 의 밀도, 200 ㎛ 내지 3 mm 의 표피 두께, 및 100 ㎛ 이상의 코어 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제 1 항에 따른 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체로 형성되고, 25 내지 300 kg/m3 의 밀도, 200 ㎛ 내지 7 mm 의 표피 두께, 및 200 ㎛ 이상의 코어 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 충격완충재.
- 제 1 항에 따른 열가소성 수지의 표피 부착식 발포 성형체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 구조 부재.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 범퍼, 필라, 계기판, 스포일러, 펜더, 측면 발판, 도어 트림, 그릴 가드 및 트렁크 받침판 중에서 선택되는 일 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 구조 부재.
