Claims (34)
- 폴리우레탄 폼 제조용 촉매 조성물로서,(1) 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 교질화 촉매(gelling catalyst) 및 (2) 하기 화학식 2로 표현되는 발포화 촉매(blowing catalyst)를 포함하는 촉매 조성물.화학식 1상기 화학식에서,A는 CH 또는 N이고,n은 1 내지 3의 정수이고,R2 및 R3은 각각 수소 또는 C1-C6 알킬기이며,R6은 H 또는 3-아미노프로필이고,만약 A가 N이면, R4 및 R5는 각각 C1-C6 알킬기이거나, 함께 고리 아민 부분 -NR-(이 때, R은 수소, C1-C4 알킬기 또는 기임)을 함유할 수 있는 C2-C5 알킬렌기이며,화학식 2상기 화학식에서,R7, R8 및 R9는 각각 독립하여 C1-C4 알킬기이고,R10은 H, C1-C4 알킬기, C6-C20 아릴기 또는 C6-C20 아르알킬기이며,m, p 및 q는 각각 독립하여 1 내지 4의 정수이고,
- 제1항에 있어서, R4 및 R5가 각각 메틸기이고, A가 질소이며, R2 및 R3 이 각각 수소인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R7, R8 및 R9가 각각 메틸기이고, m 및 p가 각각 2와 같으며, q가 2 또는 3인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, A가 CH이고, n이 1 내지 3의 정수이며, R4 및 R5가 함께 -CH2CH2N(CH3)CH2-를 구성하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교질화 촉매가 N,N,N",N"-테트라메틸디프로필렌트리아민을 포함하는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교질화 촉매가 3-디메틸아미노프로필아민을 포함하는 것인 촉매 조성물.
