Claims (22)
- (a) 첫째 용기 내에서, 필수적으로 물과 유기인 화합물(organophosphorous compound)로 구성된 수성의 예비처리 용액으로 산화 알루미늄 또는 수산화 알루미늄으로 구성된 표면부를 가진 알루미늄 합금판을 예비처리하여, 상기 화합물과 상기 산화물 또는 수산화물의 반응 생성물로 구성된 층을 형성하고, 상기 용액을 알루미늄으로 오염시키게 되는 공정;(b) 중합체로 이루어진 양이온 교환 수지를 포함하는 둘째 용기로 상기 예비처리 용액의 적어도 일부를 옮겨 상기 수지 상에 알루미늄을 흡착시키고 상기 화합물을 포함하고 감소된 알루미늄 농도를 갖는 처리된 용액을 생성하는 공정; 및(c) 상기 둘째 용기로부터 상기 첫째 용기로 상기 처리된 용액을 되돌리는 공정으로 구성된, 중합체 코팅의 표면부의 부착을 증진시키기 위해, 표면부를 갖는 알루미늄 합금판을 예비처리하는 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(e) (a) 단계 후, 상기 판을 물로 세척하여 상기 유기인 화합물과 알루미늄을 함유하는 세척수를 생성하는 공정;(f) 상기의 세척수로부터 물을 제거함으로써 상기 세척수를 농축하는 공정; 및(g) (f) 단계에서 처리된 세척수의 적어도 일부를 첫째 용기로 되돌리는 공정으로 더 구성된 공정.
