Claims (3)
- 액체규산소오다와 황산으로부터 실리카겔을 제조하는 것에 있어서,상기 액체 규산소오다와 황산을 반응시킨 후의 용액을 4시간 이상 정치하여 알칼리 숙성으로 완전 반응시킨다음 이를 45℃의 온도로 3시간 이상 열처리 한 후 세척하고 여과하여 용액은 버리고 입자상으로 된 실리카겔을 얻은 단계와;상기 단계에서 얻은 입자상의 실리카겔을 60℃에서부터 150℃까지 단계적으로 온도 상승시키면서 건조한 후 4~8메쉬 크기의 실리카겔을 선별해내는 단계와;상기 단계에서 선별해낸 실리카겔에 물, 염화리튬, 에탄올 및 은나노에탄올졸을 첨가하여 혼합 한 후 140℃에서 24~34시간 동안 건조하여 건조된 실리카겔을만들어내는 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 습도 조절제의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,건조된 실리카겔에 첨가되는 물 및 염화리튬은 상기한 실리카겔의 중량에 대하여 물 10%, 염화리튬 5~15%인 것을 특징으로 하는 습도 조절제의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,건조된 실리카겔에 첨가되는 에탄올 및 은나노 에탄올졸은 상기한 실리카겔의 중량에 대하여 에탄올 40%, 은나노 에탄올졸 2%인 것을 특징으로 하는 습도 조절제의 제조방법.
