Claims (5)
- 폴리우레탄 나염 코팅 처리된 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 생크용 프라이머를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,5~13중량부의 에틸렌비닐아세테이트와 2~6중량부의 아크릴레이트 화합물을 개시제 존재 하에 반응시켜 생성되는 아크릴레이트 화합물이 그라프트된 준 상호망상구조를 얻는 단계와;상기 준 상호망상구조와 5~10중량부의 염화폴리올레핀을 혼합하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌비닐아세테이트는 용융지수가 2~5이고 비닐아세테이트 함량이 15~50임을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 아크릴레이트 화합물은 {이소보닐아크릴레이트, 이소보닐메타아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 메타아크릴산, 아크릴산, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 에틸렌글리콜디메타아크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜디메타아크릴레이트}로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 조성물 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 염화폴리올레핀은 염소함량이 20~50%임을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법으로 제조된 폴리우레탄 나염 코팅 처리된 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 생크용 프라이머.
