- 삭제
- 가열로(10)와 퀀칭을 위한 염욕조(20)를 일체로 구성하고 가열로(10)의 입구에는 투입문(11)을 구성하고 가열로(10)와 염욕조(20)사이에는 개폐문(100)을 구성하며, 염욕조(20)의 후방에는 배출문(300)을 형성하여 염욕조(20)를 외부와 차단한 밀폐형으로 구성한 열처리로를 구성함에 있어서,상기 가열로(10)와 염욕조(20)사이에 구성한 개폐문(100)에는 가열로(10)의 내부 분위기가스가 일부 염욕조(20) 측으로 흘러가도록 가스통로(110)를 구성하며, 밀폐된 염욕조(20)에는 염욕조(20) 내부의 압력을 회복하도록 가스를 투입하는 가스압조절장치(300)를 설치하고, 염욕조(20) 내부의 가스압이 필요이상으로 높아지는 위험을 해소하기 위하여 염욕조(20) 내부의 가스압이 설정치 이상으로 과도하게 높으면 염욕조(20) 내부의 가스가 외부로 빠지는 안전변(400)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 염욕실을 일체로 구비한 가스침탄 열처리로(爐).
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 가스압조절장치(300)에는 산소를 태운 연소가스를 투입하기 위하여 연소장치(310)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 염욕실을 일체로 구비한 가스침탄 열처리로(爐).
