Claims (2)
- 실리콘 또는 실리카 재질의 기판, 상기 기판의 상면에 형성된 실리카 재질의 하부클래드층, 상기 하부클래드층의 상면에 형성된 실리카 재질의 코아 및 상기 코아의 상면에 형성된 폴리머 재질의 상부클래드층을 각각 가지면서 상기 기판, 상기 하부클래드층, 상기 코아 및 상기 상부클래드층간에 상호 결합되어 순차적으로 결합된 입력도파로, 입력스타커플러, 열격자, 출력스타커플러 및 출력도파로를 포함하되, 상기 입력 및 출력도파로는 실리카재질의 광섬유와 결합되는 배열도파로 격자형 파장 다중화/역다중화기에 있어서,상기 입력도파로, 상기 입력스타커플러, 상기 열격자, 상기 출력스타커플러 및 상기 출력도파로의 코아와 상부클래드층 사이에는 각각 실리카 재질의 중간클래드층이 형성되고,상기 입력 및 출력도파로의 중간클래드층과 상기 입력 및 출력스타커플러의 중간클래드층은 각각 결합되며,상기 입력 및 출력도파로의 하부클래드층, 코아 및 중간클래드층은 광섬유와 각각 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도무의존 배열도파로 격자형 파장 다중화/역다중화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열격자의 상부클래드층은 상기 중간클래드층의 상면 및 측면과 상기 코 아의 측면을 덮는 형태로 형성되고,상기 입력 및 출력스타커플러의 상부클래드층은 중간클래드층의 상면만 덮는 형태로 형성되며,상기 입력 및 출력도파로의 중간클래드층은 코아의 상면 및 측면을 덮는 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도무의존 배열도파로 격자형 파장 다중화/역다중화기.
