Claims (2)
- 토크 리미터에 있어서,단차진 원통관 형태로 구성되되, 직경이 큰 외주면으로는 조절구(11)가 체결되고, 그 측단 내주면에 가공된 테이퍼홈(10a)으로는 플랜지(12)가 볼트(13)에 의해 일체로 결합된 결합구(10)와,결합구(10)의 직경이 작은 외주면으로는 스프링 가압링(21)과 스프링(22) 및 구동 마찰판(24)이 순차적으로 결합되되, 구동 마찰판(24)이 결합핀(25)에 의해 결합구(10)와 일체로 결합된 구동부(20)와,상기 구동 마찰판(24)의 일측면과 선접촉하여 회전할 수 있도록 원통형태의 니들 롤러(31)가 배열 · 수장된 링형태의 리테이너(30)와,상기 니들 롤러(31)와 맞접하는 피동 마찰판(41)의 외주면으로는 구동 대상물(50)이 결합핀(42)에 의해 결합되고, 피동 마찰판(41)의 타측으로는 베어링(43)과 축용 멈춤링(44)이 결합된 피동부(40)로 구성되어,결합구(10)와 결합된 구동축(1)에 과부하가 발생하게 되면, 구동 및 피동 마찰판(24, 41) 사이에 구름마찰과 미끄럼마찰이 동시에 발생하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 토크 리미터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,리테이너(30)의 표면에는 직사각형태의 관통홈(32)이 구동 및 피동 마찰판(24, 41)의 반경방향에 대하여 기울어진 형태로 배열되고, 그에 니들 롤러(31)가 수장되어 구동 마찰판(24)과 피동 마찰판(41) 사이에서 선접촉을 통해 회전함으로써, 니들 롤러(31)의 기울기에 따라 구동 토크를 변경시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 토크 리미터.
