- 상부 내주면에 나사산(12)이 구비된 중앙의 관통홀(11)과, 중간부에서 외측으로 돌출되는 걸림턱(13)과, 하부 외주면 상측에 링홈(14)이 형성되며 하측으로 나사산(15)이 구비되고, 원형두부(19)에는 조임면(19-1)이 형성되는 상부바디(10)와; 상단 내주면에 상기 링홈(14) 및 나사산(15)과 대응되는 링홈(24) 및 나사산(25)과, 중앙 내부의 경사면(27)에 형성되어 하향 관통되는 다수개의 분사유로(21)와, 상기 분사유로(21)와 연장되며 내주면에 나사산(23)이 형성된 노즐팁공(22)이 구비된 하부바디(20)와; 상기 노즐팁공(22)에 착탈되게하며 중앙 내부에 오리피스(32)가 형성된 볼트머리(31)와, 상기 나사산(23)에 대응되는 외주면의 나사산(33)과, 내부에 2개의 철사로 나선결합시킨 와류발생밴(39)이 삽입 설치된 노즐팁부(30)와; 상기 링홈(14,24)에 설치되는 오링(44)으로 구성되는 중간재부(40)를 포함하여 구성된 소방용 분사장치에 있어서,상기 상부바디(10)의 관통홀(11)은 중앙 내부로 확장되는 경사면(16)이 형성되며, 상기 하부바디(20)의 나사산(25) 하측 내부에는 상기 나사산(25)을 가공하기 위한 작업홈(26)이 형성되며, 상기 상부바디(10)와 하부바디(20) 사이 중앙에 형성된 챔버(41)내에는 중간재부(40)인 도립(倒立) 반구형 매쉬(42)가 설치되고, 상기 매쉬(42)는 주연부에 연장편(42-1)이 형성되어 상기 상부바디(10)의 하단부와 상기 하부바디(20)의 경사면(27) 상단부에 압착·고정되고, 상기 매쉬(42)의 만곡부(42-2) 상단부는 상기 상부바디(10)의 확장 경사면(16) 상단부와 같은 높이인 것을 특징으로 하는 소화용 분무장치.
