Claims (10)
- 패널 구동을 위하여 매 프레임에 대하여, 해당 프레임의 쓰기와 해당 프레임의 이븐(Even) 필드와 오드(Odd) 필드에 대한 읽기를 실행하는 TDC 패널 구동을 위한 메모리 읽기/쓰기 방법에 있어서,상기 쓰기에 대한 시작이 선행된 후, 상기 이븐 필드 및 상기 오드 필드 중 어느 하나의 읽기가 시작되고, 화면상의 플리커가 발생되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 읽기 동작을 위한 주파수를 상기 쓰기 동작을 위한 주파수의 2배로 설정하며, 읽기 시작 시점을 패널의 해상도의 중간에 해당하는 라인을 쓰기 시작하는 시점으로 설정하여 상기 매 프레임에 대한 상기 쓰기와 상기 읽기가 순차적으로 수행되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 읽기/쓰기 타이밍 제어방법.
- 삭제
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 읽기 시작 시점은 패널의 해상도의 가감에 대응하여 해상도의 중간 이전과 중간 이후로 가변되는 쓰기 시작 시점에 대응하여 가변되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 읽기/쓰기 타이밍 제어 방법.
- 삭제
- 패널 해상도에 대응되어 쓰기 동작이 이루어지는 라인을 카운팅하여 출력하는 어드레스 카운터;상기 어드레스 카운터에 의하여 카운팅된 값과 미리 설정된 값을 비교하여 그 결과 읽기 시작 지시 신호를 출력하는 타이밍 발생 수단;상기 읽기 시작 지시 신호에 의하여 라인 어드레스와 패널 구동용 메모리 읽기 제어신호를 출력하는 타이밍 컨트롤러; 및데이터의 쓰기와 읽기를 수행하며, 상기 타이밍 컨트롤러에서 제공되는 상기 제어신호에 의하여 상기 라인 어드레스에 대한 읽기 시작 시점이 조절되는 메모리를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 TDC 패널 구동장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 타이밍 발생 수단은, 상기 어드레스 카운터의 카운팅 값이 패널 해상도의 중간 라인에 대응하는 수평동기신호의 순서값 보다 크게 되는 순간 상기 읽기 시작 지시신호를 활성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 TDC 패널 구동장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 타이밍 발생 수단은상기 어드레스 카운터의 카운팅 값과 미리 설정된 값을 비교하여 그에 대한 결과를 출력하는 타이밍 발생부; 및상기 타이밍 발생부의 출력에 따라 상기 읽기 시작 지시 신호를 생성하여 출력하는 펄스 발생기를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 TDC 패널 구동 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 타이밍 발생부는,읽기 시작 시점을 나타내는 순서값을 저장하는 레지스터; 및상기 어드레스 카운터의 카운팅 값과 상기 레지스터의 값을 비교하여 상기 카운팅 값이 상기 레지스터의 값 보다 크게 될 때 그의 비교 결과를 출력하는 비교기를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 TDC 패널 구동장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 레지스터는,상기 패널 해상도의 중간 라인에 대응되는 수평동기신호가 발생되는 순서값을 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TDC 패널 구동장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 TDC 패널은,2 필드 TDC 패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 TDC 패널 구동장치.
