- 금속가공 공정에서 사용된 폐 금속가공유를 재생·처리하는 장치에 있어서,폐 금속가공유를 저장하는 저장수단;전기장의 인가를 통해 상기 저장수단에 저장된 폐 금속가공유 중의 미생물을 살균하는 살균수단;상기 저장수단에 저장된 폐 금속가공유를 일측으로 흡입하여 타측으로 배출하는 싸이클론 피드 펌프;상기 싸이클론 피드 펌프로부터 제공받은 폐 금속가공유 속의 부유성 경량물질과 침강성 중량물질을 원심분리하여 각기 다른 출구를 통해 배출하는 하이드로 싸이클론;상기 하이드로 싸이클론에서 배출된 침강성 중량물질 및 미분리된 일부의 폐 금속가공유가 함께 유입된 때, 상기 침강성 중량물질에 포함된 철 금속 계열의 금속 칩을 자착에 의해 분리·제거하는 자석분리기;금속 칩이 제거된 상태로 상기 자석분리기에서 공급받은 침강성 중량물질의 찌꺼기와 미분리된 일부의 폐 금속가공유를 분리하는 필터; 및재생·처리할 폐 금속가공유 중의 타유(他油)를 제거하는 수단으로서상기 저장수단에 채워진 폐 금속가공유의 수면에서부터 타유(他油)를 걷어내는 플로팅 스키머;상기 플로팅 스키머의 일측과 연결된 타유 이송펌프에서 타유를 제공받아 그 속에 포함된 침강성 중량물질을 제거하는 백필터;상기 백필터에서 제공된 타유 속의 슬러지를 분리·제거하는 박막타유분리기; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가공유의 정제장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 박막타유분리기에도 상기 살균수단에 의해 전기장이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가공유의 정제장치.
