Claims (6)
- 금속가공 공정에서 사용된 (폐)금속가공유를 재생·처리하는 장치에 있어서,상기 (폐)금속가공유가 저장되는 저장수단과;상기 저장수단에 저장된 (폐)금속가공유가 일측으로 흡입된 후 타측으로 배출되는 흡입수단과;상기 흡입수단에서 배출된 (폐)금속가공유가 유입되고, 상기 유입된 (폐)금속가공유 중의 부유성 경량물질과 침강성 중량물질이 원심분리되어 각각 다른 출구를 통해서 배출되는 원심분리수단과;상기 원심분리수단에서 분리·배출된 침강성 중량물질과 일부의 (폐)금속가공유가 함께 유입되고, 상기 침강성 중량물질에 포함된 철금속 계열의 금속칩이 자착에 의해 분리·제거되는 자석분리기와;상기 자석분리기로부터 금속칩이 제거된 상태로 배출되는 침강성 중량물질의 찌꺼기와 (폐)금속가공유가 필터링에 의해서 분리되는 필터; 를 포함하는 금속가공유의 정제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저장수단에 저장된 (폐)금속가공유의 수면으로부터 타유를 제거하기 위해 상기 수면에 부유 가능하게 설치된 타유제거수단과;상기 타유제거수단에 의하여 상기 수면에서 제거된 타유가 일측으로 흡입된 후 타측으로 배출되는 흡입수단과;상기 흡입수단에서 배출된 타유가 유입되고, 상기 유입된 타유로부터 침강성 중량물질이 제거되는 필터와;상기 필터에 의하여 침강성 중량물질이 제거된 타유가 유입되며, 상기 유입된 타유로부터 슬러지가 분리·제거되는 타유분리수단;을 추가로 포함하는 금속가공유의 정제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (폐)금속가공유 중의 미생물을 살균하기 위한 살균수단이 추가로 설치되고, 상기 살균수단으로부터 상기 저장수단에 살균물질이 공급되거나 전기장이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가공유의 정제장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 (폐)금속가공유 및/또는 타유중의 미생물을 살균하기 위한 살균수단이 추가로 설치되고, 상기 살균수단으로부터 상기 저장수단 및/또는 상기 타유분리수단에 살균물질이 공급되거나 전기장이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가공유의 정제장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 타유분리수단은 박막타유분리기인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속가공유의 정제장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 금속가공유의 정제장치로 (폐)금속가공유를 재생·처리하는 금속가공유의 정제방법.
