BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a printed circuit board. In particular, a strip line used as a signal line in a printed circuit board is shielded with a ground line, such as a coaxial line, so that crosstalk or interference with surrounding signal lines is caused. To a strip line manufacturing method designed to prevent
As the frequency of circuits operating on printed circuit boards increases and the degree of integration of circuits increases, the spacing between signal lines also narrows, resulting in crosstalk and disturbances between signal lines. In a printed circuit board (PCB), if a signal line can be embedded in the form of a coaxial line, surrounded by an insulating layer, such as a coaxial line, and surrounded by a ground line, the signal line can be stably transmitted, as well as noise or attenuation ( Interference effects due to attenuation, inductance, etc. can be significantly reduced. That is, the signal integrity of the signal transmitted through the signal line can be remarkably improved, and manufacturing cost can be reduced compared to the case of using an external coaxial cable, and a connector for unnecessary coaxial cable connection is required. The cost can also be reduced.
Moreover, not only can the noise and inductance components occurring at the joints of coaxial cables be significantly reduced, but also the cost of the printed circuit board can be reduced, resulting in cost reduction and miniaturization of the final product.
For this purpose, the prior art manufactures a signal line by forming a circuit between the upper and lower copper foils on both sides to produce a strip line. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a printed circuit board in which signal lines are fabricated on a printed circuit board according to the prior art. That is, referring to FIG. 1, the prior art uses a technique of forming the strip lines of the

The coaxial line embedded manufacturing method according to the present invention makes a signal line in an internal insulating film of a printed circuit board laminate like a conventional strip line, but forms a via around the signal line circuit to electrically conduct and ground the signal line. By shielding the upper and lower copper foils and vias, it is possible to achieve the same shielding effect as a conventional coaxial cable.
