Claims (14)
- 블로킹 방지제 및 하나 이상의 유기 성분을 함유하고, 이때유기 성분(들)이 통합 첨가제 조성물(integrated additive composition)의 총 중량에 대해 5 내지 65중량%의 농도로 블로킹 방지제의 기공(pore)에 배치되어 있으며, 유기 성분(들)의 체적이 블로킹 방지제의 기공 체적보다 크지 않고,유기 첨가제 성분이, 지방산 아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 슬립제(slip agent); 인 화합물, 티오에스테르 및 하이드록실아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 일차 산화방지제; 암모늄 염, 글리세롤 에스테르 및 음이온-활성 물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 이차 산화방지제; 벤조페논, 벤조트리아졸 및 HALS(입체 장애 아민 광 안정화제)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 광 안정화제; 방염제; 할로겐화 유기 분자 또는 금속 수화물; 프탈레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가소제; 글리세롤 및/또는 알콜 에스테르, 왁스 아미드, 지방산, 금속 스테아레이트, 천연 왁스, 폴리에틸렌 왁스 및 폴리프로필렌 왁스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가공 보조제; 및 항미생물제, 추진제, 유기 과산화물, 충전제 및 안정화제의 군으로부터 선택된 기타 첨가제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 임의의 비율로 포함함을 특징으로 하는통합 첨가제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,블로킹 방지제가 미분 실리카 겔, 침강 실리카 및/또는 규조토를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,블로킹 방지제가 0.4㎖/g 내지 1.8㎖/g의 기공 비체적(specific pore volume)을 갖는 미분 실리카 겔임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,슬립제가 하나 이상의 불포화 지방산 아미드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,체적 분포의 중간값에 대한 평균 입경이 2 내지 15㎛, 바람직하게는 3 내지 10㎛이고, 입경의 상한값(입자들의 체적의 90%가 이 값보다 적은 것으로 정의됨)이 입경의 평균 값의 2.5배임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 혼합물에서 가장 높은 융점을 갖는 유기 물질의 융점보다 높은 온도인 60 내지 180℃ 범위의 온도에 이르도록 하는 열을 혼합 동안에 공급함을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 통합 첨가제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,온도가, 가장 높은 용융 온도를 갖는 유기 물질의 융점보다 1 내지 15℃ 높음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,가열가능한 혼합기를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,입자간의 마찰에 의해 물질을 가열시키는 고속 프로펠러 혼합기를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제트 분쇄기를 사용하여 실리카 겔을 원하는 입경으로 미분화시키는 동시에 유기 성분중에서 용융시키고, 가장 높은 융점을 갖는 유기 성분의 융점보다 높은 온도에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 통합 첨가제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 유기 성분중에서 용융시키기 위해 유동층을 사용하고, 가장 높은 융점을 갖는 유기 성분의 융점보다 높은 온도에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 통합 첨가제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리올레핀 필름의 가공 또는 제조용으로 사용되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,사출성형용으로 사용되는 조성물.
