Claims (1)
- 불소수지재로 형성된 튜브관과 슬리브를 용착하여 제작되어 지는 열교환기를 제작하는 방법에 있어서,사용자가 원하는 지름의 변성 PTFE 재질로 형성된 슬리브에 PFA 재질로 형성한 튜브다발을 정리하여 벌집 모양으로 삽입하고, 용착하고자 하는 일측을 정렬하는 튜브다발 삽입정렬단계;상기 튜브다발이 삽입된 슬리브를 금형에 장착하고, 금형상단에 형성된 간극과 금형에 삽입되지 않은 튜브다발의 타측을 제2 진공부의 호스와 실리콘을 이용하여 실링한 후, 밴드히터와 히터의 온도를 385 ∼ 395℃로 예열하는 단계;상기 금형상단의 제1 진공부를 이용하여 튜브다발의 외측의 공기를 6 ∼ 7kgf/cm2로 흡입하고, 이와 동시에 튜브다발 내측으로도 공기를 흡입하되 상기 튜브다발 외측의 흡입량보다 적은 3 ∼ 4kgf/cm2의 압력으로 흡입하여 튜브다발의 내외측의 압력차를 형성하는 단계;상기 금형에 장착된 튜브다발이 삽입된 슬리브의 외측을 밴드히터와 열매체를 이용하여, 일정한 온도로 균일하게 가열하는 슬리브 측면 가열단계;상기 튜브다발이 삽입된 슬리브의 하측으로부터 히터의 열로 열매체를 기화시켜 튜브다발의 내측을 10 ∼ 12분 동안 가열하는 단계;상기 밴드히터와 히터의 열을 200℃이하로 낮추어 풀림 처리 실시후에 냉각하는 단계로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있는 불소수지재형 열교환기 제조방법.
