Claims (10)
- 탄화수소 희석제의 존재하에 슬러리 중합 반응기에서 에틸렌과 적어도 하나의 기타 공단량체를 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 에틸렌의 슬러리 공중합 방법에 있어서, 하기 포스핀이민 촉매가 지지되지 않음을 조건으로하여, 1)하기 식으로 정의된 포스핀이민 촉매 및 2) 조촉매의 조합물에 의해 공중합 반응이 촉매됨을 특징으로 하는 방법:상기 식에서, Cp는 치환되지않은 사이클로펜타디에닐, 치환된 사이클로펜타디에닐, 치환되지않은 인데닐, 치환된 인데닐, 치환되지않은 플루오레닐 및 치환된 플루오레닐로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고;PI는 하기 식으로 정의된 포스핀이민 리간드이며:여기서, 각각의 R1은 (a) 수소 원자, (b) 할로겐 원자, (c) 치환되지 않거나 할로겐 원자로 추가 치환되는 C1-20 히드로카빌 라디칼, (d)C1-8 알콕시 라디칼, (e) C6-10 아릴 또는 아릴옥시 라디칼, (f)(치환될 수 있는) 아미도 라디칼, (g) -Si-(R2)3의 실릴 라디칼(여기서 각각의 R2는 수소, C1-8 알킬 또는 알콕시 라디칼, C6-10 아릴 또는 아릴옥시 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 독립적으로 선택됨), 및 (h) Ge-(R2)3의 게르마닐 라디칼(R2는 앞서 정의된 바와 같음)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 독립적으로 선택되고; M은 티타늄, 하프늄 및 지르코늄으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 금속이며; X는 활성 리간드이며; n은 금속 M의 원자가에 따라 1 또는 2이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 공단량체가 3 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 지닌 알파 올레핀으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 희석제가 4 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 지닌 노말 알칸과 이소 알칸, 및 프로펜으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조촉매가 알룸옥산과 이온 활성제로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공중합체가 슬러리 중합 반응기로부터 제거된 다음에 후속 가스상 에틸렌 중합 공정에서 중합체-지지된 촉매 시스템으로 이용되는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 후속 가스상 에틸렌 중합 공정을 A) 중합체-지지된 촉매 시스템 및 B) 포이즌 스캐빈저의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 포이즌 스캐빈저가 알루미늄 알킬 및 알룸옥산으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 슬러리 중합 반응기를 5 내지 110℃의 온도 및 15 내지 90 기압 압력에서 프로판, 부탄, 이소부탄, 펜탄 및 이소펜탄 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 희석제의 존재하에 작동시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 공단량체가 a) 3 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 가진 알파 올레핀 및 b) 공액화되지않은 디엔을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사이클로펜타디에닐 리간드가 치환되지않은 사이클로펜타디에닐이고; 포스핀이민 리간드가 트리(3차 부틸)포스핀이민이며; M이 티타늄이고; n은 2이며 각각의 활성 리간드가 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 및 (1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 지닌) 히드로카빌로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
