Abstract
Description
토크 인터페이스의 출력된 점화점이 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR)) 보다 더 늦거나 이른지를 평가함으로써, 발생된 노킹이 노킹 제어에도 불구하고 발생되는지 또는 토크 최적화에 의해 발생되는지가 정확하게 판단된다. 이로써 토크 특성의 보다 양호한 조정과 동시에, 내연기관의 노킹 방지가 가능하다.
근본적으로는, 노킹 제어 점화점이 출력되고, 토크 최적화된 점화점이 노킹 제어 경로에서 결정된 점화점보다 늦을 때에만 이 토크 최적화된 점화점이 출력된다.
Claims (6)
- 노킹 제어(KR)를 포함하는 내연기관용 점화 장치의 점화점 결정 방법으로서,기본 점화점(ZWGRU)은 저장된 특성 맵(ZWGRU = f(KF))을 이용해서, 측정된 작동 변수에 따라서 결정되며,상기 노킹 제어(KR)는 노킹(KL)이 발생된 후에, 상기 기본 점화점(ZWGRU)보다 지연된 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))을 결정하고,노킹이 없는 연소의 경우에, 상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))은, 작동 변수 및/또는 운전자의 요구사항에 따라 토크 최적화된 점화점(ZW-Md)을 결정하는, 통합된 토크 인터페이스(MD)를 통하여 단계적으로 다시 이른 방향으로 변화되며,상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))은 제어장치에 의해 출력되는, 가장 이른 허용 점화점이고,상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))의 점화 진각은, 상기 토크 최적화된 점화점(ZW-Md)이 상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))보다 지연될 경우, 노킹이 없는 연소후에 중단되는 내연기관용 점화 장치의 점화점 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 토크 최적화된 점화점(ZW-Md)이 상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))보다 지연될 경우, 상기 토크 최적화된 점화점(ZW-Md)이 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화 장치의 점화점 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))은 상기 토크 최적화된 점화점(ZW-Md)과 비교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화 장치의 점화점 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))을 형성하기 위해서 노킹 연소후 상기 기본 점화점(ZWGRU)의 지연 조정을 위해 상기 노킹 제어에 의해 결정된 보정값(ΔZW-KR)이 상기 기본 점화점(ZWGRU)에 합산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화 장치의 점화점 결정 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))의 점화 진각을 위해서 상기 보정값(ΔZW-KR)이 단계적으로 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화 장치의 점화점 결정 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 점화 진각을 중단하기 위해서, 상기 토크 최적화된 점화점(ZW-Md)이 상기 노킹 제어 점화점(ZW(KR))보다 늦는 동안은 상기 보정값(ΔZW-KR)이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화 장치의 점화점 결정 방법.
