- 삭제
- 강판재의 한쪽면 위에 동합금분말을 일정두께로 올려놓고 소정의 온도로 소결하여 성형하는 단계, 상기 성형단계에서 성형된 강판재를 소정직경의 베이스부재로 제작하는 단계, 상기 베이스부재의 한쪽면에 볼베어링용 강구를 가압하여 접합하는 단계를 포함하는 피스톤슈의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 성형단계는 동합금분말이 올려진 강판재를 650-850℃의 환원성분위기에서 1차 소결하고 압연하는 1차 성형단계와, 이를 다시 700-900℃의 온도에서 2차소결하여 압연하는 2차성형단계를 포함하고,상기 강구를 베이스부에 접합하는 단계는 베이스부재를 회전시키면서 강구를 가압하여 서로 마찰용접으로 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 슈의 제조방법.
