Abstract
Description
교반 및 혼합시간이 10분보다 작을 경우 혼합효율이 낮고, 균일한 혼합의 완성은 30분 이내에 충분히 도달 가능하므로 그 이상의 시간은 불필요하다.
휴지기간은 매 단계별 조성된 제조물의 안정화와 발생된 기포를 제거하기 위해 필요한 것이다.
교반 및 혼합시간이 1시간 보다 작을 경우 혼합효율이 낮고, 균일한 혼합의 완성은 3시간 이내에 충분히 도달 가능하며 대체적으로 그 이상의 시간은 불필요하다.
Claims (4)
- 백화제거기능을 갖는 방수제의 주요 구성 성분으로서,제1용제그룹으로서, 총량을 100용적%로 할 때, 4~8용적%의 알킬 실리콘 수지(Alkyl Silicone Resin)와 92~96용적%의 지방족 하이드로카본 솔벤트(Aliphatic Hydrocarbon Solvents)로 구성된 혼합물인 제1 용제그룹과,제2용제그룹으로서, 미네랄오일(Mineral Oil)을 주성분으로 하는 혼합물 100용적%와 크실렌(Xylene)과 톨루엔(Toluene)을 주성분으로 하는 혼합물 100용적%를 1:1로 혼합하여 총량을 200용적%로 환산 제조한 것으로서, 0.005~0.1용적%의 몰리브덴 디알킬 디티오 카바메이트(Molybden dialkyl dithio carbamate), 0.1~0.5용적%의 폴리메티아크릴레이트(Polymethacrylate), 0.8~1.2용적%의 올레핀 공중합체(Olefin copolymer), 0.3~3용적%의 아연알킬디슬로인산염(Zinc Alkyldithlophosphate), 0.05~5용적%의 디페닐 아민(Diphenyl amine), 1~5용적%의 칼슘-마그네슘 세척제(Calcium-Magnesium detergents), 1~8용적%의 폴리이소부티널 써클니미드(Polyisobutenyl Succlnimide), 75~80용적%의 미네랄 오일(Mineral oil)을 함유하는 혼합물에, 5~10용적%의 부틸 셀로솔브(Butyl cellosolve), 40~45용적%의 톨루엔(Toluene), 5~10용적%의 부틸 아세테이트(Butyl acetate), 5~10용적%의 이소부탄올(Isobutanol), 10~15용적%의 메틸 에틸 케톤(Methy ethyl ketone), 25~30용적%의 크실렌(Xylene)으로 구성된 혼합용제인 제2 용제그룹을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백화제거 기능을 갖는 방수제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1용제그룹과 상기 제 2용제그룹의 혼합비율은 용적%로 7:3 내지 8: 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 백화제거 기능을 갖는 방수제.
- 92~96용적%의 지방족 하이드로카본 솔벤트와 4~8용적%의 알킬 실리콘 레진을 10분 내지 30분 정도 동안 교반 및 혼합하여 제1용제그룹을 생성하는 단계(S1000);제1 용제그룹에 대해 별도로 제조된 청구항 1항 기재의 제2용제그룹을 7:3 내지 8:2의 용적%로 투입하여 1시간 내지 3시간 동안 교반하는 단계(S2000); 및진공상태에서 45시간 내지 50시간 동안 숙성하는 단계(S3000)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백화제거 기능을 갖는 방수제 제조방법.
