Claims (5)
- 다이스에 형성된 성형리브를 금속제 중공관에 압입한 상태에서 상기 다이스를 편심회전시키면서 상기 중공관을 일정한 속도로 전진시켜 중공관에 등피치간격의 주름을 연속적으로 형성하는 금속주름관 성형방법에 있어서, 상기 성형리브를 금속제 중공관에 주름의 설정깊이 보다 얕은 위치에 압입하여 상기 중공관에 성형리브가 압입된 깊이까지 주름이 형성되는 제 1단계와, 상기 다이스의 편심회전으로 상기 중공관에 1피치(P)간격의 주름이 형성되는 동안 상기 중공관이 상기 1피치(P)간격보다 많이 전진되도록 수평이송시켜 상기 성형리브에 의하여 형성되고 있는 주름이 압입되어 있는 상기 성형리브에 걸려 좌굴되어 주름의 골부의 두께가 두꺼워지면서 주름이 상기의 설정깊이까지 형성되는 제 2단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 금속주름관의 성형방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 성형리브에 의하여 중공관에 압입되는 깊이는 상기 주름의 설정깊이의 97% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속주름관의 성형방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중공관은 상기 다이스의 편심회전으로 상기 주름의 1피치(P)간격의 103~106%에 해당되는 중공관의 길이가 전진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속주름관의 성형방법
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항 중 어느한 항에 있어서,상기 다이스에는 그 내주면에 상기 주름의 1피치간격에 해당되는 1리드간격의 나선형 성형리브가 돌출, 형성되어 중공관에 환형주름이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속주름관의 성형방법
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항 중 어느한 항에 있어서,상기 다이스는 그 내주면에 환형리브가 돌출, 형성되어, 중공관에 나선형 주름이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속주름관의 성형방법.
