Claims (3)
- 침탄질화한 후 담금질하는 박육 링의 열처리 방법에 있어서,상기 박육 링은 두께 5mm이하이고 탄소농도 0.5중량% 이상의 고탄소강재를 사용하고,상기 박육 링을 800 ~ 850℃에서 침탄 질화한 후, 200 ~ 250℃에서 1차 담금질을 실시한 다음, 1차 담금질 조에서 박육 링을 인출후 0 ~ 30℃의 수용성 냉매에서 2차 담금질을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박육 링의 열처리 방법.
