Claims (3)
- 니트릴히드라타제를 함유하는 미생물균체 또는 해당 미생물균체의 처리물을 수성 매체중에서 니트릴화합물과 반응시켜 아미드화합물을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 균체 또는 해당 균체의 처리물을, 교반기를 구비한 통형 반응기를 이용해서, 수성 매체중에서 상기 니트릴화합물과 접촉시킨 후, 이와 같이 해서 얻어진 반응액을 플러그플로성의 유역을 지닌 조건하에 더욱 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미드화합물의 연속 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴화합물이 아크릴로니트릴이고, 상기 균체 또는 해당 균체의 처리물과의 접촉시 물과 아크릴로니트릴의 비는 물 1.0중량부에 대해서 아크릴로니트릴 0. 4 내지 1.5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 아미드화합물의 연속 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물균체가, 임의의 숙주에서 해당 미생물로부터 클로닝된 니트릴히드라타제유전자를 발현시킴으로써 얻어진 형질전환체인 것을 특징으로 하는 아미드화합물의 연속 제조방법.
