Claims (4)
- 미발포입자를 가열온도에서의 물의 증기압보다 낮은 압력의 고온 기체로 가열하여 발포시키는 단계와, 발포된 입자의 형태를 유지하면서 발포입자 내부로 상온상압에서 비응축성 기체가 확산 침투되도록 하여 발포입자의 형태를 안정화시키는 단계를 포함하는 물을 발포제로 함유하는 폴리올레핀 미발포입자의 발포방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포단계에서 공기, 질소, 탄산가스, 이들의 혼합물, 과열증기, 또는 수증기와 기체의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물을 발포제로 함유하는 폴리올레핀 미발포입자의 발포방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안정화 단계가 발포입자의 온도를 100℃ 이상으로 유지하면서 발포입자를 가열기체, 또는 공기와 접촉시키는 것에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물을 발포제로 함유하는 폴리올레핀 미발포입자의 발포방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포단계에 앞서 미발포입자의 표면을 건조한 기체와 접촉시키는 발포제 건조단계를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 물을 발포제로 함유하는 폴리올레핀 미발포입자의 발포방법.
