Claims (6)
- 발포체 입자의 표층밀도가 내부밀도보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 발포체 입자.
- (a) 고압용기(침투조)에 폴리올레핀 수지입자와 물과 발포제를 넣고 교반하면서 가열하여 발포제를 수지입자의 내부로 침투시키는 발포제 침투단계와;(b) 수지입자 표층의 발포제를 수지입자 밖으로 확산시켜 배출시킴으로써 수지입자 표층의 발포제 농도를 낮추는 발포제 확산배출단계와;(c) 수지입자를 용기 밖으로 배출시켜 감압시킴으로써 발포시키는 감압발포단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표층밀도가 높은 제1항의 폴리올레핀 발포체 입자의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발포제 확산배출단계(b)가 용기의 상부공간에 존재하는 기상의 발포제를 침투조 밖으로 배출시키는 것에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발포제 확산배출단계(b)가 분산매체인 침투조 내의 물을 발포제 농도가 낮은 물로 치환함으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발포제 확산배출단계(b)가 물을 주입하여 기상의 발포제를 침투조 밖으로 배출시키고, 고압의 불활성 기체를 주입하여 물을 배출시키는 것에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발포제 훽산배출단계(b)가 물을 침투조 밖으로 배출시키고 고압의 불활성 가스를 주입하여 기상발포제를 배출시키는 것에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 제조방법.
