- 녹차엽 추출물 40-70 중량%와 인진쑥 추출물 30-60 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코티닌 유도 및 항산화 효과를 갖는 기능성 식품 조성물.
- 녹차엽 추출물 40-70 중량%와 인진쑥 추출물 15-40 중량%에 미나리 추출물 2-10 중량%, 가시오가피 추출물 2-10 중량%, 모과 추출물 2-10 중량%, 어성초 추출물 2-10 중량%, 생강 추출물 2-10 중량%, 및 양파 추출물 2-10 중량%를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코티닌 유도 및 항산화 효과를 갖는 기능성 식품 조성물.
- 제 3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 추출물은 녹차엽, 인진쑥, 미나리, 가시오가피, 모과, 어성초, 생강 및 양파를 각각 110℃에서 3시간동안 열수추출한 후, 고형분이 30%가 되도록 농축한 후 건조시켜 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 코티닌 유도 및 항산화 효과를 갖는 기능성 식품 조성물.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 식품, 식품 첨가제, 음료 또는 음료 첨가제로 사용되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코티닌 유도 및 항산화 효과를 갖는 기능성 식품 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항 기재의 조성물 0.1 내지 5% 를 물과 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코티닌 유도 및 항산화 효과를 갖는 기능성 음료.
