Claims (9)
- 전원차단시에 마그네틱 클러치 필드코일조립체의 코일에서 발생되는 역기전압을 차단하기 위하여 상기 필드코일조립체에 연결되는 방전소자부의 설치구조에 있어서,방전소자부(D)가, 필드코일조립체(3)의 하우징(10) 내에 설치되며, 하우징(10)의 수납면과 대향하는 보빈(20)의 플랜지(21) 일측면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 내장형 설치구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방전소자부(D)가, 하우징(10) 외부로 인출된 리드선(3C,3C')에 양단(41)이 각각 연결되고, 플랜지(21)의 테두리를 따라 연장되어 플랜지 일측면에 설치되는 코일선(40)의 중도부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 내장형 설치구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방전소자부(D)에 절연재질의 피복(42)을 입힌 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 내장형 설치구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보빈(20)은, 외주면 양측에 플랜지(21)가 형성된 채널형 보빈이며, 상기 플랜지 중 하우징(30)의 수납면에 대향하는 쪽의 플랜지 일측면에 코일선(40)이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 내장형 설치구조.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방전소자부(D)는, 다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 내장형 설치구조.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방전소자부(D)는, 바리스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 내장형 설치구조.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방전소자부(D)는, 콘덴서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 내장형 설치구조.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방전소자부(D)는, 저항체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 내장형 설치구조.
- 코일(30)이 감겨진 보빈(20)의 플랜지(21) 일측면에 방전소자부(D)가 연결된 코일선(40)을 결합하는 단계와;상기 코일의 양단부(31), 코일선의 양단(41) 및 리드선(3C,3C')의 단부를 동시에 결합하는 단계와;코일선이 결합된 플랜지(21) 일측면이 하우징(10)의 수납면에 대향하도록 상기 보빈을 하우징에 수납함과 동시에, 상기 리드선을 하우징 외부로 인출하는 단계와;코일(30), 코일선(40) 및 보빈(20)을 감싸도록 상기 하우징(10) 내에 절연성수지를 압입하여 경화시키는 단계와;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전소자부의 설치방법.
