- 제 1항에 있어서, 서열번호 3의 염기서열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체의 종자 특이적 발현 프로모터.
- 제 1항의 프로모터를 함유하는 식물체의 종자 특이적 발현 벡터.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 서열번호 1의 149 내지 1722의 발현증가활성 인트론을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체의 종자 특이적 발현 벡터.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 프로모터가 바이너리(binary) 벡터의 외래 유전자 앞에 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체의 종자 특이적 발현 벡터.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 도 4a에 도시된 pBinSiFAD2-GUS인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체의 종자 특이적 발현 벡터.
