Claims (12)
- 이중 노즐을 가진 방사구금을 통해 폴리에틸렌을 방사하고 방사된 폴리에틸렌 중공사를 냉각시킨 후 아닐링, 냉연신, 열연신 및 열고정하여 폴리에틸렌 중공사막을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 냉각 단계에서, 방사된 폴리에틸렌 중공사의 내부 표면에는 질소가스를 공급하고, 방사된 폴리에틸렌 중공사의 외부 표면에는 냉각 매체로서 비점 30 내지 80℃ 범위의 용매를 병류로 분사하여 중공사의 외부와 내부 표면의 결정화 속도를 다르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비대칭성 폴리에틸렌 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리에틸렌이 용융지수(MI)가 0.1 내지 5.5 g/10분 범위의 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,방사시 노즐의 온도가 170℃ 내지 220℃ 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,방사시 중공사의 드래프트비(draft ratio)가 100 내지 800 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,냉각매체로서 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 에틸포르메이트, 사염화탄소 및 프레온 중에서 선택된 용매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,냉각매체가 0.5 내지 3 m/초의 속도로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,질소가스의 온도가 170℃ 내지 220℃ 범위이고 0.1 내지 0.3m/초의 속도로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
