Claims (2)
- 폐수 유입구와 여과수 배출구가 형성되어 있으며, 내부가 디스크 형의 격벽에 의해 폐수 유입공간과 여과 공간으로 구획되어 있는 하우징과;상기 격벽 일측의 상기 폐수 유입공간 내부에 설치되며, 다수의 통공이 형성되어 있어서 폐수 유입구로부터 유입되는 폐수중의 비교적 크기가 큰 이물질을 걸러내는 스트레이너와;상기 격벽 타측의 상기 여과 공간 내부에 상기 하우징과 동심으로 설치되는 원통형의 필터체와;스트레이너 내측의 공간에, 상기 폐수 유입공간과는 격리되고 세척 토출밸브를 통해 대기와 연통되는 흡입실을 구획 형성하는 흡입 안내부재와;세척 흡입관의 외주에 다수의 흡입 노즐이 연통되게 형성되되, 상기 흡입 노즐의 흡입공이 필터체의 벽에 인접하게 배치되는 세척부재와;상기 하우징 내부의 여과수 배출측과 폐수 유입측의 압력을 각각 감지하는 압력 센서와;상기 압력 센서에 의해 감지된 여과수 배출측과 폐수 유입측의 압력차가 일정치 이상이 되는 경우, 상기 세척 토출밸브를 개방 작동하는 제어부를 구비하여,상기 세척 토출밸브가 개방되는 경우 상기 흡입실 및 세척부재 내부에 부압이 발생하여 상기 흡입공 주위의 폐수가 필터체에 부착되어 있는 이물질과 함께 상기 흡입공으로 급격히 빨려 들어간 후, 상기 세척 토출밸브를 통해 외부로 배출되는 자동세정 필터시스템에 있어서,상기 원통형 필터체는 상기 하우징의 여과 공간 내부에 슬라이드 가능하게 설치되되, 그 중심부에는, 상기 흡입 안내부재를 관통하여 상기 흡입실 내부까지 연장되며 단부에 토출공이 형성되어 있는 중공의 안내도관이 설치되어 있고,상기 안내도관의 일측 단부는, 상기 원통형 필터체를 직선 왕복운동 및 회전 운동시키는 구동 수단에 결합되어 있으며,상기 필터체의 내부에는, 상기 흡입 노즐의 흡입공이 필터체의 내벽에 인접하게 배치되는 제1 세척부재가 설치되되, 상기 제1 세척부재의 상기 세척 흡입관의 일측 단부는 하우징의 일측벽에 고정되고, 타측 단부는 상기 원통형 필터체의 상기 안내도관에 의해 지지되며,상기 흡입실은 제1 세척토출밸브를 통해 외부와 연통되어, 상기 제1 세척부재를 통해 상기 흡입실에 공급되는 세척수는 상기 제1 세척토출밸브를 통해 외부로 배출되며,상기 필터체의 외부에는, 상기 흡입 노즐의 흡입공이 필터체의 외벽에 인접하게 배치되는 제2 세척부재가 하우징에 고정 설치되되, 상기 제2 세척부재의 상기 세척 흡입관의 일측 단부는 상기 제2 세척토출밸브를 통해 외부와 연통되어, 상기 제2 세척부재로 흡입된 세척수는 상기 제2 세척토출밸브를 통해 외부로 배출되며,상기 제어부는, 상기 압력 센서에 의해 감지된 여과수 배출측과 폐수 유입측의 압력차가 일정치 이상이 되는 경우, 상기 제1 세척토출밸브 및 제2 세척토출밸브를 개방 작동함과 동시에, 상기 구동부를 작동시켜 상기 원통형 필터체를 직선 왕복운동 및 회전 운동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동세정 필터시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 세척부재는, 상기 필터체 외부에 원주 방향으로 복수 개 설치되되,상기 세척 흡입관의 일측 단부는 다수의 통공이 형성되어 있는 링 형상의 제1 지지플레이트에 상기 통공과 연통되게 결합되고, 상기 세척 흡입관의 타측 단부는 링 형상의 제2 지지플레이트에 폐쇄상태로 결합되며,상기 격벽에는 상기 제1 지지플레이트의 통공과 연통되는 헤더부가 형성되어 있으며,상기 제2 세척토출밸브는 상기 헤더부와 연통되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동세정 필터시스템.
