Claims (5)
- 일단부에 테이퍼세레이션(52)과 나사부(54)가 형성되고, 중앙부에 걸림돌부(56)를 갖는 링키지샤프트(40);상기 링키지샤프트(40)의 외주면을 덮어씌우는 결합공(46)이 일단부에 형성되고, 일측면이 걸림돌부(56)에 맞닿는 상태에서 상기 링키지샤프트(40)에 압착 결합되는 플레이트(44); 및상기 걸림돌부(56)와 맞닿지 않은 플레이트(44)의 타측면에 밀착 배치된 사출베이스(48)를 지지하기 위해 링키지샤프트(40)의 외주면에 결합되는 이탈방지부(50);를 포함하여 구성되는 와이퍼시스템의 링키지샤프트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트(44)가 결합되는 링키지샤프트(40)의 몸통(42) 외주면에 널세레이션(62)이 형성되고 이에 대응되는 플레이트(44)의 결합공(46) 내주면에 세레이션(60)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼시스템의 링키지샤프트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트(44)와 링키지샤프트(40)는 코킹 가압에 의해 압착 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼시스템의 링키지샤프트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링키지샤프트(40)의 걸림돌부(56)는 외주면 전체에 걸쳐 돌출된 링 형상으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼시스템의 링키지샤프트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이탈방지부(50)는 링키지샤프트(40)로부터 착탈 가능한 스냅링이고, 상기 링키지샤프트(40)의 외주면에 이탈방지부(50)가 결합되는 결합홈(58)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼시스템의 링키지샤프트 유닛.
