Claims (6)
- 소정의 트랙 피치를 갖는 피트열로 정보 기록을 갖는 정보 기록층과 상기 정보 기록층에 형성된 광투과층을 구비하고, 정보가 대물렌즈에 의해 상기 광투과층에서 상기 정보 기록층으로 조사된(illuminated) 광빔에 의해 재생될 수 있는 광디스크에 있어서,트랙 피치는 TP, 최단 피트 길이는 Tmin, 광빔의 파장은 λ, 상기 대물렌즈의 개구수(numerical aperture)는 NA 일때,0.194(λ/NA)2 ≤TP ×Tmin ≤0.264(λ/NA)2의 관계를 충족시키고,트랙 피치의 0.280 ~ 0.325 ㎛ 범위에서 피트 폭이 120nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 피트의 바닥부폭이 40nm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 광빔은 파장 λ = 400 ~ 415 nm이고, 상기 대물렌즈의 개구수 NA는 0.78 ~ 0.86인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 소정의 트랙 피치를 갖는 피트의 열로 정보 기록을 갖는 정보 기록층과 상기 정보 기록층상에 형성된 광투과층을 구비한 광디스크을 회전되게 지지하는 수단과; 광빔을 방사하는 광원과; 상기 광디스크의 상기 광투과층을 통해 상기 정보 기록층을 향해 광빔을 초점을 맞추는 대물렌즈와; 상기 광빔을 상기 대물렌즈에 유도하는 조사 광학계와; 및 광검출 수단을 포함하여 상기 대물렌즈를 통해 상기 정보 기록층으로부터 상기 광검출 수단으로 반사광을 유도하는 검출 광학계와; 를 포함하는 정보 재생 장치에 있어서,상기 광검출 수단으로부터의 출력에 근거하고 상기 광디스크에 기록되고 있는 정보를 재생하는 수단은,상기 광디스크가 상기 트랙 피치를 TP, 최단 피트 거리를 Tmin, 상기 광빔의 파장을 λ, 상기 대물 렌즈의 개구수를 NA로 했을때,0.194(λ/NA)2 ≤TP ×Tmin ≤0.264(λ/NA)2의 관계를 충족시키고,상기 트랙 피치의 0.280 ~ 0.325 ㎛ 범위에서 피트 폭이 120nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 피트의 바닥부폭이 40nm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,광원은 파장 λ = 400 ~ 415 nm의 청색 반도체 레이저이고, 상기 대물 렌즈의 개구수 NA는 0.78 ~ 0.86 인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
