- 제1항에 있어서, 미숙의 식물 종자 및 이물질을 제거하는 선별공정; 식물종자에 부착된 오염물 및 부유물을 제거하는 세척공정; 식물종자를 발아시키는 발아공정; 상기 발아된 식물종자를 마쇄하는 마쇄공정; 마쇄된 식물종자를 증류수에 현탁한 후 교반 가열하는 공정; 상기의 현탁액을 적정 pH로 조절하는 공정; 상기 현탁액에 효소반응시켜 단백질을 분해시키는 공정; 그리고, 상기 분해액의 효소를 실활시킨 다음 불용성 물질을 제거한 후 여과하는 공정;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 발아시킨 식물 종자를 단백질 분해효소로 분해하여 펩타이드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질 분해효소는 파파인, 브로멜레인, 프로네아제, 서브틸리신 또는 알칼라제인 것을 특징으로 하는, 발아시킨 식물 종자를 단백질 분해효소로 분해하여 펩타이드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 여과공정은 분자량 3000-10000의 여과막으로 한외여과 (Ultrafiltration)하여 고분자 펩타이드와 저분자 펩타이드를 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 발아시킨 식물 종자를 단백질 분해효소로 분해하여 펩타이드를 제조하는 방법.
