Claims (20)
- 이중 유리 섬유 및 비권축 섬유를 포함하며, 비권축 섬유는 이중 유리 섬유의 양과 동일하거나 또는 보다 많은 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균질 카딩성 섬유 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 권축 섬유인 제3 섬유를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비권축 섬유가 유리 섬유인 블렌드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제3 섬유가 플루오로중합체 섬유인 블렌드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 섬유가 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌) 및 폴리플루오로알킬-비닐 에테르 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 블렌드.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 균질 블렌드로부터 제조된 균일한 응집성 웹.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 섬유 블렌드로부터 제조된 펠트.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 이중 유리 섬유 약 1 내지 30 중량%, 비권축 섬유 약 1 내지 60 중량% 및 플루오로중합체 섬유 약 10 내지 98 중량%로 이루어지는 균질 섬유 블렌드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 비권축 섬유가 "DE"형 유리인 섬유 블렌드.
- a) 이중 유리 섬유 및 비권축 섬유를 포함하며, 비권축 섬유는 이중 유리 섬유와 동일하거나 또는 보다 많은 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균질 섬유 블렌드를 형성하고,b) 상기 섬유를 카드기에 통과시켜 가공하여 응집성 웹을 형성하고,c) 응집성 웹을 교차적층하여 섬유의 교차적층 배트를 제조하고,d) 교차적층 배트를 니들 펀칭하여 펠트를 제조하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이중 유리 섬유 함유 펠트의 형성 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, d) 단계가 교차적층 배트를 스크림으로 니들 펀칭하여 펠트화 스크림을 제조하는 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, a) 단계에서 블렌드가 권축 섬유인 제3 섬유를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, a) 단계에서 섬유 블렌드가 이중 유리 섬유 약 1 내지 30 중량%, 비권축 섬유 약 1 내지 60 중량% 및 권축 플루오로중합체 섬유 약 10 내지 98 중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, d) 단계가 교차적층 배트를 스크림으로 니들 펀칭하여 펠트화 스크림을 제조하는 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 스크림이 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌) 섬유 또는 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)과 유리 섬유와의 혼합물을 함유하는 방법.
- 이중 유리 섬유 약 1 내지 30 중량%, 비권축 섬유 약 1 내지 60 중량% 및 권축 섬유 약 10 내지 98 중량%로 이루어지고, 비권축 섬유는 이중 유리 섬유와 동일하거나 또는 보다 많은 양으로 존재하는 균질 블렌드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 섬유의 층상 배트 및 스크림을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 필터 펠트.
- 제16항에 있어서, 비권축 섬유가 유리 섬유이고 권축 섬유가 아라미드 섬유 및 플루오로중합체 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 필터 펠트.
- 제17항에 있어서, 배트가 이중 유리 섬유 약 20 중량%, "DE"형 비권축 유리 섬유 30 내지 50 중량% 및 권축 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌) 섬유 50 내지 30 중량%를 함유하는 것인 필터 펠트.
- 제16항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 다공성 또는 연장 플루오로중합체 막이 그 위에 적층되어 있는 필터 직물인 필터 펠트.
- 제10항, 제11항 및 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형성된 펠트가 다공성 또는 연장 플루오로중합체 막에 적층되는 방법.
