Claims (6)
- 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔(EPDM) 고무를 발포시켜 원형 또는 사각형상의 단면을 갖도록 압출 성형한 이피디엠 압출폼과;상기 이피디엠 압출폼의 외주면에 나이론사, 폴리에스터사 또는 아라미드사로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 섬유사를 이용하여 편조하되 편조 섬유사가 가능한 한 이피디엠 압출폼의 길이방향으로 배열되도록 잡아 당겨서 형성된 편조층과;상기 편조층의 외주면에 소정 두께로 도포하여 형성된 점착제층을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 편조층이 형성된 고무 씰링재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이피디엠 압출폼의 중심부에 형성된 중공부를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 편조층이 형성된 고무 씰링재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 점착제층은 부틸고무계 점착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 편조층이 형성된 고무 씰링재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 점착제층은 상기 편조층이 매몰될 수 있는 두께로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 편조층이 형성된 고무 씰링재.
- 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔(EPDM) 고무를 발포시켜 원형 또는 사각형의 단면을 갖도록 압출 성형하는 압출폼 성형공정과;상기 압출 성형된 이피디엠 압출폼의 외주면에 나이론사, 폴리에스터사, 아라미드사로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 섬유사를 편조하되 편조 섬유사가 가능한 한 이피디엠 압출폼의 길이방향으로 배열되도록 편조층을 형성하는 편조공정과;상기 편조층이 형성된 이피디엠 압출폼을 잡아 당기면서 권취하는 프리텐션공정과;상기 프리텐션된 편조층 위에 소정 두께의 점착제를 균일하게 도포하는 점착제 코팅공정과;상기 점착제가 도포된 이피디엠 고무 씰링재를 냉각시키는 냉각공정과;상기 냉각된 점착제 표면에 박리 가능한 이형지를 부착하는 이형지 부착공정과;상기 이형지가 부착된 이피디엠 고무 씰링재를 소정의 크기로 절단하는 절단공정을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 편조층이 형성된 고무 씰링재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 압출폼 성형공정은 상기 이피디엠 압출폼의 중심부에 중공부를 형성하는 중공부 형성공정이 동시에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 편조층이 형성된 고무 씰링재의 제조방법.
