Claims (19)
- 애노드, 캐소드 및 상기 애노드와 캐소드 사이에 개재되는 비수계 고분자 전해질막을 포함하며,상기 비수계 고분자 전해질막이 다공성 고분자 매트릭스에 함침된 수소 이온 선택성 감응 물질 및 결합제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수소이온 선택성 감응 물질이 셀렉트포어, 하이드로겐 아이노포어, 크라운-에테르계 화합물, 칼리렉살렌계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수소이온 선택성 감응 물질이 4-노난데실피리딘, 옥타데실 4-포르밀벤조에이트, 옥타데실 이소닉콘티네이트, 트리도데실아민, 및 노르말,노르말-디옥타데실메틸아민으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 소수성계 고분자, 열경화성 단분자, 열경화성 고분자, 광경화성 단분자, 광경화성 고분자, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 아크릴레이트계 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타아크릴레이트, 폴리 2-에틸-헥실 아크릴레이트, 폴리이소부틸 아크릴레이트, 폴리옥타데실 아크릴레이트, 사르토머사의 경화제 시리즈, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 고분자 매트릭스가 폴리에틸렌계, 다공성 폴리프로필렌계, 또는 폴리에틸렌계와 폴리 프로필렌계의 복합막인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 고분자 매트릭스가 소수성계 고분자에 용매, 가소제 및 무기계 첨가물을 넣어 혼합한 후 캐스팅하여 필름을 제조하고, 용매추출법으로 가소제를 추출하여 기공을 형성시켜 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 소수성계 고분자가 불소계 고분자, 탄화수소계 고분자 또는 이들의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 고분자가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리트리클로로플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐플루오라이드, 또는 이들의 공중합체 또는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소계 고분자가 폴리올레핀계, 폴리실란계, 폴리에스테르계, 폴리플루오르계, 폴리염화비닐계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리아크릴레이트계, 폴리스티렌계, 또는 이들의 공중합체 또는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 글리세롤, 에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 비스 2-에틸헥실 세바케이트, 디옥틸프탈레이트, 트리페닐포스페이트, 트리오일포스페이트, 부틸 벤질 프탈레이트, 디부틸프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메틸 에테르, 디메틸포름아미드, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 무기계 첨가물이 제올라이트, 클레이, 이중층 수화물(LDH), 실리카, 알루미나, 티타늄 옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 소수성계 고분자에 용매, 가소제 및 무기계 첨가물을 넣어 혼합한 후 캐스팅하여 필름을 제조하고, 용매추출법으로 가소제를 추출함으로써 기공을 형성시켜 다공성 고분자 매트릭스를 얻은 후, 여기에 수소 이온 선택성 감응물질 및 결합제를 함침시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 고분자 전해질막.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 소수성계 고분자가 불소계 고분자, 탄화수소계 고분자 또는 이들의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 고분자 전해질막.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 고분자가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리트리클로로플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐플루오라이드 또는 이들의 공중합체 또는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 고분자 전해질막.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소계 고분자가 폴리올레핀계, 폴리실란계, 폴리에스테르계, 폴리플루오르계, 폴리염화비닐계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리아크릴레이트계, 폴리스티렌계, 또는 이들의 공중합체 또는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 고분자 전해질막.

- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 무기계 첨가물이 제올라이트, 클레이, 이중층 수화물(LDH), 실리카, 알루미나, 티타늄 옥사이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 고분자 전해질막.
